Looking for a hall to rent? We can hold up to 150 people for your special event in our Smoke-Free hall and offer free off street parking. We are conveniently located near a major state route for easy access. Decorate as you choose and use your own caterer or we can suggest a local caterer to meet your needs. Live music or DJ is welcome. All at a very competitive price!

Affordable Rental Rates

Standard rates:

• $25.00 Per Hour
• 2 Hour Minimum
• 8 Hour Maximum
• $200.00 to Reserve an Entire Day
• $50.00 Clean/Security Deposit Due at Time of Reservation (Cleanup is Required to Insure Return of Deposit)

Cancellation Policy: A 10% administrative fee will be deducted from the deposit for any cancellations within 72 hours of signing the contract. 50% of the Rental Hall Fee will be incurred if cancelled 30 days prior to the event.

Reservation System

Knierim Hall uses an online reservation system in order to provide our clients with a quick and easy way to determine whether or not the date they want to use our facility is available. This system allows for you to make a reservation request online, but you may call or email if it suits you better.
